• Due to livestock in surrounding fields, dogs need to be kept under control at all times
• Electric Cars - If you wish to charge electric car please discuss with owner
• Indoor hot tub shared with 4 other cottages. Available between 10am-5pm and time slots must be booked. No extra charge for hot tub use but please note it may be closed at any time due to maintenance/services/government restrictions
• Can be booked alongside Hobby Stable Cottage (BN196) to sleep a maximum of 11 - door between two kitchens can be opened
• Surrounding fields can be used for ball games by prior arrangement with owner
• Part of a small complex which can be booked together to accommodate a total of 29 people
• Pub and shop within 5.5 miles at Llandovery or 2 country pubs in Rhandirmwyn (4 miles)
• CCTV operated at entrance to property & car park
• 2 dogs allowed. Additional charges may apply
• Arrival: 16:00 onwards
• Departure: before 10:00
