Analytics
We use Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager to count visits and see which pages get used. The tag does not load until you interact with the page, and obvious bot traffic is filtered out before it loads at all. We do not use it to identify anybody.
Affiliate links
Booking links go through the Awin affiliate network. When you click one, Awin sets a cookie so the merchant knows the booking came from here and pays a commission. We attach a label to that click saying which page it came from, so we can tell which pages are useful. The label is a page name, not anything about you.
After you click through, you are on the merchant's site and their privacy policy applies, not this one.
There is no mailing list and no newsletter. The only email this site receives is what you choose to send through the contact form, which is relayed to the site's inbox and added to nothing.
What we do not do
No advertising trackers, no retargeting pixels, no data brokers, and no selling of anything to anyone.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Contact us and we will do it.
