• Three Mile House property is gated, fenced and walled around the entire property perimeter, as a rural property in a farming community in the Yorkshire Dales National Park with livestock around, dogs must be supervised at all times

• No campervans, motorhomes, tents or caravans allowed on the property grounds
• The conservatory has permanent ramp access to one of the doors, making it accessible if needed, with the entire ground floor being accessible by wheelchair
• Please note, no stag or hen parties are permitted at this property
• Dogs are allowed in the living areas only (not in the bedrooms and bathrooms)
• This property accepts up to 4 children including 1 infant
• No additional / changeover of guests or additional visitors are permitted during the booking period
• Please also note, there is a Ring Doorbell at this property
• 2 dogs allowed. Additional charges may apply
