• 9 bedrooms - 2 doubles with an additional single bed, 4 doubles (1 with an additional sofa bed), 2 twins, 1 double
• 5 bathrooms - 1 bathroom with shower over bath and WC, 1 bathroom with bath, double-size shower and WC, 1 en-suite shower room with WC, 1 bathroom with double size shower and WC, 1 bathroom with free-standing bath, separate shower and WC, plus 3 separate WCs
• Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker - in all 3 properties
• Welcome pack
• Travel cot and highchair available
• 1 wood burner (in Unit 3)
• 4 TVs and DVDs
• Games room shared between the 4 properties
• Private patio and garden areas with furniture and BBQ, children’s park, and access to surrounding fields and woodland area with mountain bike track

• Unit 1 and 2 adjoin each other with an interlocking door
• A maximum of 2 dogs are welcome in each property (6 in total), and must remain downstairs and kept under close control around working farmland
• While there is Wi-Fi, the strength is variable due to rural location
• Gin Tasting Sessions at the property using local homemade Gin-to contact the owner for cost.
• At least 72 hours notice required for last minute online bookings. Please contact us prior to booking online in that situation
• 6 dogs allowed. Additional charges may apply
• Arrival: 16:00 onwards
• Departure: before 10:00
