Small double sofa bed available upon request, located on the mezzanine (please be advised as the sofa bed is small a double it will be better suited to children). Sofa bed is a chargeable extra directly payable to the owner - please enquire.
• 2 bathrooms - 1 en-suite bathroom with shower over the bath and WC, 1 ground floor shower room with WC
• Oven, steam oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine

• There is the small river which runs by the front of the property, which is walled off, but children must be supervised at all times
• The cottage-style stairs to the mezzanine area are steep and narrow due to the age and unique character of the property
• There are low, sloping ceilings in the mezzanine area
• This property does not accept EV charging
• If bringing 3 dogs - small/medium dogs preferred
• 3 dogs allowed. Additional charges may apply
• Arrival: 16:00 onwards
• Departure: before 10:00
