• Self-contained laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer
• 1 open fireplace in main house, 1 wood burner in barn
• Main house - 1 TV in kitchen, 1 Smart TV in sitting room, Smart TV upstairs
• Fast fibre Wi-Fi
• Barn - 1 Smart TV/DVD
• Private hot tub with amazing views
• Terrace with outdoor furniture, BBQ available
• Ample parking available
• Dogs must be kept on a lead outside due to nearby livestock
• Dogs not allowed upstairs and must be kept on the ground floor only, not allowed on the furnishings, upstairs on beds or sofas. If this is ignored an extra cleaning charge could be applied
• Sleeps 10 - also 2 double sofa beds can be made available upon request when booking at an extra charge
• 2 dogs allowed. Additional charges may apply
• Arrival: 16:00 onwards
• Departure: before 10:00
