• Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher
• Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer Travel cot and highchair available on request (please bring cot bed linen)
• Wood burner (first basket of logs supplied)
• Smart TV in the open-plan living area
• Fully enclosed garden with front and rear patios, garden furniture, lounge chairs, festoon lighting, wood-fired pizza oven/chiminea and BBQ (please bring your own coal)Ample private parking on a gravelled area
• Pub and restaurant 1.5 miles, shop 4.5 miles, beach 6 miles
• Private wood-fired hot tub, wood-fired sauna with panoramic window, cold-water soaking bucket and outdoor hot-and-cold bath.
• First supply of fuel is provided for the hot tub; guests must source any additional fuel.
• The sauna takes approximately 60 minutes to heat
• Accommodation is arranged on one level, with small lips or steps into both showers
• Sleeps 7 adults and 1 child in pull-out bedEnclosed area for your dogs
• Dogs must not be taken through the field when sheep are presen
• Private natural water supply from the surrounding hills, UV-filtered and tested by the local authority.
• Guests with lowered immunity are advised to use bottled drinking water.
• Heavy rainfall may cause slight discolouration, although the water remains safe to drink and use in the hot tub
