• One super-king size zip and link which can be made up as a twin on request, One double, two king-size and one twin room zip and link which can be made up as a super king-size on request
• Huge family kitchen, with a RangeMaster oven and large gas hob. American fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, under counter freezer, food processor, scales, breakfast bar and large breakfast table.
• Oak beamed sitting room with wood burning stove (first basket of logs included) and comfortable sofas.
• Separate galleried living area, perfect for watching television, or to use as a playroom for smaller children. Books, 42 inch Smart television, DVD and surround sound.
• Dining area with table for up to 16 and doors to patio outside
• Laundry room, fully equipped with washing machine, drying facilities, sink and a loo. There is an iron and ironing board available.
• Private lawns and terrace area with outside seating.
• BBQ and firepit (bring your own charcoal, first basket of logs provided)
• Plentiful parking
• Pool table, dartboard and table tennis table.
