• Separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer
• Wood burner in dining hall (logs included)

• Enjoy the tub either heated with logs for a traditional outdoor hot tub experience, or unheated as a refreshing cold plunge following a woodland walk or sauna-style contrast experience (towels for the hot tub are not included).

• Sleeps 18 but can accommodate up to 26 guests (21 adults and 5 children) plus babes in arms (charge for single sofa bed to be made up £25 per person and charge for child’s inflatable mattress £10 per child per stay - payable direct to owner)
• Property welcomes civilised family celebrations including micro-weddings and hen/stag/sten/fox parties
• Also suitable for retreats, with the dining hall becoming a large meeting/dining room seating 21 with 5 breakout lounges/barns plus a large garden for games
• Owner sends an extensive welcome email with lots of local contacts and activities available locally to make for a memorable stay
• Concierge service offers a range of catering options as well as on-site and off-site group activities

• Catering, beauty treatments and other activities can be arranged
• Please note there is a refundable £250 security deposit for this property payable to the owner closer to the start of your holiday
