• 2 bedrooms - 1 king-size, 1 twin (can be made as a super-king on request)
• 1 bathroom with shower over the bath, a separate walk-in shower and WC
• Oven, hob, microwave, under-counter fridge and ice box, coffee machine dishwasher and washing machine
• Welcome pack
• Please note, that the internet is adequate but not suitable for streaming, and the mobile phone signal is variable
• Travel cot, highchair and stairgate on request
• Underfloor heating in the bathroom
• Smart TV
• Please bring your own beach towels
• Dogs are not permitted on the sofas or on the beds - please bring your own dog bed
• Bespoke doggy day care available at extra cost - please contact owners
• Outside dog shower
• Note: There are donkeys in the adjoining field
• Raised decked area with seating and BBQ leading to a lawned area and a separate wooden gazebo sheltering a hot tub and garden furniture
• Private parking for 2 cars
• Storage area for bikes and water sports equipment
• Shop and pub 1.5 miles, beach 0.5 miles
• Please note, the hot tub water gets changed after guests so may not be hot until later in the evening on arrival
• 1 dog allowed. Additional charges may apply
• Arrival: 15:00 onwards
• Departure: before 10:00
