- Part of the woodland was severely hit by storms in late 2021, causing fallen trees and damaged pathways which will take a while to repair. Guests are still able to access much of the woodland, but care must be taken.
- Parking for 2 cars at the courtyard entrance. Please don’t leave cars anywhere else to keep access clear for other residents.
- Bikes can be locked away out of sight (bring your own locks)
- Private swimming beach shared with residents
- Boats and watercraft cannot be left unattended on the beach.
- Nearest pub and shop 2.5 miles
- 2 dogs allowed. Additional charges may apply
- Arrival: 16:00 onwards
