• 3 bathrooms - 1 family bathroom with bath, shower and WC, 1 shower room with WC, 1 en-suite shower room with WC
• Electric range cooker/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, slow cooker, coffee machine, and blender
• Utility with washing machine and tumble dryer
• Travel cot, highchair, baby bath, baby monitor, large selection of toys and games
• Welcome pack - shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, 3 toilet rolls and kitchen essentials provided
• Dog welcome pack
• Wood burner in lounge (first basket of logs provided)
• Smart TV in lounge
• Fully enclosed garden with picnic bench
• Off-road parking for 4 cars (steep driveway - cars may need to be left at the bottom in snow/ice)
• Pub 0.5 miles, shops/restaurants 1 mile
• Sleeps 6+6 - bunk bed suitable for children only and 2 double futons available at extra cost
• Whilst family celebrations are welcome, no party groups please: this is a family farm with young children and animals to consider, so noise should be kept to a minimum, particularly in the evenings
• Farm includes two rescue pigs, along with free ranging ducks, geese and a turkey
• PLEASE NOTE: EV Charging from the domestic electricity supply is strictly prohibited; it will invalidate the property’s insurance and any damage to property or vehicle will be the responsibility of the guest.
