• The hot tub is provided on site for guests own pleasure and is not reflected in the charge of the property. Owners reserve the right to shut down the spas at any time if essential maintenance is required. Please note that we empty, clean and refill all hot tubs after every stay, therefore your hot tub may take up to 12 hours to reach the required temperature.
• Mountain bikes available to hire (£25 full day or £15 half day) - drop-offs and pickups at nearby routes and trails can also be arranged
• 0.5 miles of private fishing rights on the River Crai

• Shop and pub 4 miles
• There is a zero-tolerance policy to noise disturbance and parties due to the village location
• The cottage is on a working farm and children should not be left to wander around the farm unsupervised
