• 3 bedrooms: 1 twin room, 1 twin room with 2ft 6 beds that can be pushed together, 1 double, please note all bedrooms are accessed via the twin bedroom
• Sofa bed in the lounge which can accommodate one guest
• 1 bathroom with shower over the bath
• Electric oven with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine (found in the cupboard off the kitchen)
• 2 wood burners with logs included
• Smart TV
• Wi-Fi included
• The stairs to the first floor have a rope banister which may not suit those with limited mobility
• There a few other steps within the property on both floors to navigate different rooms at different levels
• Garden with picnic tables and benches
• 2 dogs welcome. Please keep them under control, as there are sheep in the surrounding fields
• Shops, restaurants and pubs, 4 miles
• Please note: there are low beams on the first floor level - please mind your head!
• Please note: there is a ha-ha wall which is a flat lawn with a 6ft drop on one side which should be considered if bringing a young child.
• Find plenty of parking at the property but access is via the shared track which is a steep and rough stone farm track, some drivers might prefer to park in the lower off-road parking area and walk up. Probably not suitable for low-slung cars
• EV charging is not available at this property. EV chargers can be located at Oxford Road Car Park, Oxford Rd, Hay-on-Wye, Hereford HR3 5AJ (2.9 miles)
• 2 dogs allowed. Additional charges may apply
