• Note: The cottage is on the B5036 road so there is road noise especially at peak times, but property benefits from secondary double glazing and blanket lined curtains to minimise this, however, some noise may still be heard
• Note: Stairs may be steep for some but there is a handrail
• Note: If you are over 6ft tall you may find some of the doorways low
