• Sloped lawned garden - not enclosed. Garden is accessible up steps or across sloped lawn
• Garden bench and table, parasol
• 2 small - medium dogs welcome
• On site parking beside the cottage
• There is no Wi-fi at the cottage but 5g signal is available
• Secure storage for bikes
• 1 mile to pub, 2.5 to pub with good food, 5 miles to shops
• Property is set in the grounds of the owners home but you are not overlooked and assured of total privacy
• Owners have two bee hives that are situated away from the cottage and are set up so the bees only fly outside of the gardens
• EV charging not available on site but chargers are available at Llangorse Lake (2 miles) and Brecon town (5 miles)
• 2 dogs allowed. Additional charges may apply
• Arrival: 16:00 onwards
• Departure: before 10:00
