• 3 bedrooms - 1 super-king-size, 1 king-size and 1 Twin room (Twin zip-and-link beds that can be made up into King-size bed on request). There is also a trundle/day bed in the second bedroom for flexibility
• 2 bathrooms - 1 en-suite shower room with WC, 1 family bathroom with bath, walk-in shower and WC. 1 WC
• Electric oven, 5-ring electric hob, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, drying racks for coats, dog-washing sink
• 2 wood burners and an open fire
• Smart TV with access to streaming services
• Small outhouse located in the garden (on the left-hand side of the path leading to the garage.) Welcome to be used for storage, secured by combination lock.
• Spacious garden to the rear with raised patio leading to the private woods
• There is parking for one small car by the garage on the property, additional parking for cars is in the community hall (Brathwaite Hall) car park across the road. The Hall asks for donations of £2 per day for parking.
• Pub 0.1 miles, shop 2.7 miles
• Sleeps 6 (+1)
• No children under 10, baby in arms may be considered.
• Small/Medium dogs only.
