• Building 1: 5 bedrooms - 1 four-poster king-size (ground floor), 1 bunkroom (ground floor), 1 twin (ground floor), 2 doubles. Building 2: 2 bedrooms - 1 double, 1 twin (ground floor).
• Building 1: 3 bathrooms - 2 shower rooms (ground floor), 1 with shower over the bath and WC, and 2 separate WCs. Building 2: 1 shower room with WC (ground floor).
• Building 1: Range cooker with 2 ovens and grill, 5-ring gas hob, American-style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, large microwave. Building 2: Gas oven/hob, under-counter fridge/freezer.
• Wood burner (in both properties)
• TV (both properties) DVD located in building 1
• Fibre broadband/Wi-fi (in building 1)
• Large gardens with fire pit to the rear, garden furniture for outdoor dining, BBQ on front patio (charcoal not provided)
• Private off-road parking for 5 cars (additional spaces in boatyard car park)
• Bike storage cupboard for 2 bikes (additional space in the garden)
• Utility shed with washing machine and dryer
• Access to cottages from parking is via short pathway/tunnel under road
• Trolley provided for luggage transport

• Pubs, shops, restaurants and beaches within 3.5 miles drive
• Children and pets must be supervised in garden and boatyard
• Boat launching by arrangement with owner
• Access to boatyard with slipway, workshop, boat storage
• Please note: the private foreshore access is shared with a small number of boatyard guests and customers. Occasional activity at the foreshore may occur, such as boat launching, all part of the quirky maritime charm.
