• Whilst family celebrations are welcome, no party groups please: this is a family farm with young children and animals to consider, so noise should be kept to a minimum, particularly in the evenings
• Farm includes two rescue pigs, along with free ranging ducks, geese and a turkey
• PLEASE NOTE: EV Charging from the domestic electricity supply is strictly prohibited; it will invalidate the property’s insurance and any damage to property or vehicle will be the responsibility of the guest.
• Accessibility Note: In Halfway Hideaway the two bedrooms are on the first floor, with a ground floor family bathroom; there are two deep steps down from the hallway to the kitchen.
