• Please note, the property is mainly on one level, but there are 4 steps up at the entrance and 1 large step up into main bedroom
• Please note, whilst the patio and garden area immediately outside the property is for sole use of guests at Bosing Barn, it is not enclosed
• The owner has a family of dogs and cats; the dogs are friendly and very well behaved; the owner is a dog trainer
• If bringing dogs, they will need to socialise well with other dogs
• The property is attached, at the rear of the owner’s property
• Livery stables on site
• 2 dogs allowed. Additional charges may apply
