• Small patio with garden area to the front, this is enclosed but with only a densely packed hedge to one side so small dogs should be kept supervised
• Garden picnic bench
• BBQ - please bring own charcoal
• Please note - for access into the cottage from the road there are two steps down and one step up into the cottage.
• Please note - for access from the private car parking area, there are 7 steps down with a handrail and wide treads and one step into the cottage
• Private off-road parking for 1 car
• Village pub serving food is within walking distance - pre-booking advisable
• The Venison Centre with shop and cafe is less than a 1 mile
• The village of Llangynidr (1 mile) has a shop, cafe and pub
• The village of Llangorse (5 miles) has a shop, a cafe and a pub
• 2 dogs allowed. Additional charges may apply
• Arrival: 16:00 onwards
