• For added convenience, a washing machine and dishwasher
• Spacious living and dining area with a woodburning stove.

• Entertainment options including a Smart TV with Freeview and a Sonos Sound System both indoors and outdoors
• Multi-functional pool table, transforming into a stylish dining table for memorable gatherings

• Essential Information: Provisions Available: Fuel, power, and starter pack for the woodburning stove and fire pit are available at a nominal fee of £10 per bag
• Bed linen and towels are included in the rental package
• To maintain the pristine surroundings, the property is strictly pet-free and smoke-free
• Fake tan is not permitted to be used in the hot tub, the good housekeeping bond will be retained if used to reimburse for the cost of draining, cleaning refilling
• This property has a £500.00 Good Housekeeping Bond payable to the owner 7 days prior to arrival, this will be returned 2 days after your departure date
• EV charging is not permitted at this property

• Please note: bookings over the Christmas and New Year period must be a minimum of 4 nights and the owner cannot accommodate check-in on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day
