• Note: Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to stay at the property due to the property’s configuration
• Note: There is off-road parking in front of the property for one car, however guests should be warned that that access is very narrow into the cobbled yard and space to manoeuvre can be limited at times, therefore for guest convenience one parking permit for parking in the central village car park is provided, a 2 minute walk away from Jessamine Cottage
• Guests need to assess whether their vehicle can safely fit through the entrance into Red Lion Yard, this is the responsibility of the guest
