• Sofa bed in one of the lounges - You are required to bring your own bedding
• Range-style cooker, with gas and electric ovens, fridge/freezer and dishwasher
• Washing machine
• 2 wood burners (first basket of logs supplied)
• Wood burner in bedroom for decoration purposes only
• Smart TV
• Travel cot available
• Highchair is not available - guests must provide own if required
• Enclosed split-level rear garden with patio and riverside seating
• Private parking for 2 cars, please note, these are located just over the road from the property
• Shop and pub 0.5 miles
• 2 dogs allowed - please note that there is enclosed safe patio area outside the kitchen
• Please note some of the stairs are steep and this property is arranged across four storeys and has a private split-level garden with steps, it is unsuitable for anyone with limited mobility and children and pets must be supervised at all times
• Please note that kayaks are not provided at the property. Guests who wish to paddle the river are advised to bring their own
• 2 dogs allowed. Additional charges may apply
