• The property sits below the parking area and is accessed on foot via a well-lit gravelled path that leads down through the sloping garden
• It is accessed via an unmetalled, bumpy track, which is very steep in places, with no street lighting, preferably a 4x4 vehicle - not suitable for low vehicles
• The property has a septic tank which is shared with neighbouring properties. Please do not use bleach or any other cleaning products that may cause issues within the tank - this extends to the products you may bring for the washing machine.
