• Mezzanine landing area
• Oil central heating with underfloor heating on ground floor and electric woodburner-effect stove
• Electric range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 3 x TVs (Two Smart) with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs
