• Please note access to the property is via a steep single track lane, with sharp bends and difficult access on exiting the driveway. Not suitable for low vehicles

• Dogs allowed downstairs only
• Repeat bookers will receive a discount for full week bookings
• Please note that all group Hen and Stag bookings must be pre-arranged with the owner, additional security deposit may be required
• An additional cost may be requires for any changeovers on alternative days
• Please note there is a refundable £500 security deposit for this property payable closer to the start of your holiday
