• Rear terraced garden with steps and access to a stream, please note the rear garden is quite steep and untamed and has a high drop. Children and dogs must be supervised at all times.
• The front lawned area also has steps that lead down to the river. Due to the proximity of the river, children and dogs must be supervised at all times.
• Private parking for 4 cars (please note there is a right of way in front of the house used by the local farmer, so parking must be avoided in the area immediately in front of the property. You can park in front of the patio doors where the ground-floor bedroom is)

• Please note the gardens are not fully enclosed with low walls to fields where sheep graze. Please keep dogs under control & supervision.
