• 3 bedrooms - 1 king-size, 1 double, 1 bunk bedroom with mid-sleeper and high-sleeper (whilst the bunks are adult size, they may be more suited for children), additional pull out bed in the games room which can be made up as a king-size bedroom on request
• Sleeps 6 + 2 - please contact us to book if you are booking for more than 6 guests
• 2 bathrooms - 1 bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC, 1 en-suite shower room with WC in games room/fourth bedroom
• Microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, double electric oven and induction hobs
• Washer/dryer in games room
• Smart TV/DVD, TV in the games room
• Table football and pool table
• Towels not provided
• Multi-level, enclosed garden with raised decking and furniture, patio with seating, bottom garden with playhouse
• Please note, whilst the garden is enclosed, there are areas with a lower boundary
• Off-road parking for 2 cars; narrow driveway with space for two medium cars with one blocking the other in, further space for one car on the road at the gable end of the house.
• Bike storage in boot room
• Shop 2 miles, pub half a mile
• Please note, no fireworks allowed due to livestock nearby
• Group bookings may be checked to ensure the purpose of the stay is for a holiday. No live streaming events without permission from the owner.
• 2 dogs allowed. Additional charges may apply
• Arrival: 17:00 onwards
• Departure: before 10:00
