- Large front garden across the private road with lake frontage (separate to the cottage)
- Parking on the drive for 2 cars and additional parking for 2 cars either side of the access track (keeping the track clear for access)

- Lake within the surrounding grounds, covered well in the back garden - children to be supervised at all times
- If booking for a 2 week break, a mid-stay clean is offered on the second Saturday of your holiday
- Please note that there is a detached garage, with separate access, for owners use only. Some kayaks are stored there by a neighbour and occasional access is required, in daytime only, which should not affect your stay.
