• 3 bathrooms - 1 shower room with WC, 2 en-suite shower rooms with WC and 1 separate WC
• 2 electric ovens, induction hob and dishwasher
• Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer
• Wood burners in lounge and kitchen/diner (first basket of logs supplied)
• 2 TV’s in the living areas, with Amazon Fire sticks through which guests can access their own streaming app accounts
• Garden with, summer house and pond (not enclosed)
• The garden is not fully enclosed. Beyond the summer house there is an unfenced stream and wooded area which do not form part of the garden, and there is also a pond tucked away in one corner. Children and dogs must be supervised at all times when outside.
• Private parking for 2 cars with electric charging for one vehicle; additional on-street parking opposite the house
• Shop and pub 4.5 miles
• Please supervise children and pets at all times in the garden and areas outside the house - including the pond, stream, wood and road
• Please note that whilst the property can sleep up to 10 adults, we feel that it is suited better to groups of 8 due to the social spaces
• 2 dogs allowed. Additional charges may apply
