• Note: As well as the open tread stairs to the first floor there are a couple of internal steps and different levels in the sitting room and to the kitchen, care to be taken at all times
• Note: The double bedroom is open to the stairs with a privacy curtain if required
• Note: Due to the nature and elevated hillside location, children to be supervised at all times when outside, as well as a very steep drop at the front of the cottage and care must be taken at all times
• Note: Roadside parking is available below at roadside level, the cottage does not have vehicle access and is accessed on foot up a sloping path and 23 steps in total from the roadside
• One well behaved dog welcome, but they must not be allowed on the furniture or upstairs.
