• Sitting room – amazing views over Ambleside, Wansfell Pike and Baystones, smart TV, selection of maps, books, games and jigsaws
• Two well-behaved dogs welcome
• Parking – roadside parking available on Millans park, free overnight 6pm to 10am
• Daytime - local 1 hour free disc parking - parking discs available free from local shops
• Vehicle access to directly outside the cottage door is available, but limited to loading and unloading as shared with other cottages
• Parking permit available in the property allows parking in several public car parks
• WiFi in the property
• No smoking
• No electric car charging at the cottage – charge points are available in Ambleside
• Note: Check in 3pm, check out 10am
• Note: Due to the cottage age, style and character the staircase has smaller than modern treads (there are 2 steps leading into sitting room and twin bedroom), so this cottage is not suitable for children under 4 years old or guests with limited mobility
• Note: Cottage is off Millans Park up a small incline, small gravel road with minimal street lighting
