• Parking for 5 cars - a further 2 cars by arrangement with the owner. Please note electric vehicle charging is not permitted at this property
• Private lakeside access (shared only with other properties on the estate)
• Please note, due to the height and open nature of the main staircase, children should be supervised at all time
• Bookings for 1 week can arrive on a Thursday only. Flexible short breaks on alternative days, please enquire.
• Guests may bring their own boat (max 26ft) and use the estate’s jetties.
• For guests who wish to bring their own sailing boats (no inboard engine craft or jet ski) a jetty fee of £25 and the usual Coniston Water regulations apply. Please contact us for further details

• This property can only be booked as a standalone property and not in conjunction with a larger group booking involving other properties on site.
