• 7 bedrooms - 3 king-size, 3 doubles, 1 super king (which can be made as a twin upon request, this room is called Fellbarrow).
• Please let us know at the time of booking or at least 7 days prior to arrival if you would like the bed made as a twin
• 4 en-suite shower rooms and 3 en-suite bathrooms, 2 with showers over the bath and 1 with separate walk-in shower, plus 1 ground-floor WC
• 2 x induction cooker, electric hobs, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and coffee machine
• Washer/dryer in utility room
• Freeview TV and DVD player
• Property has it’s own bar
• Open fires
• Summerhouse with furniture
• EV charging available - pay on use
• Pub and shop 0.5 miles
• Property can be booked alongside The Lodge - Winder Hall (SZ492)
• Stunning private river walk for the sole use of guests at Winder Hall and The Lodge - Winder Hall
• Private stretch of river with fishing rights for the sole use of guests at Winder Hall and The Lodge - Winder Hall
• Winder Hall and The Lodge - Winder Hall can booked along side each other to accommodate up to 18 guests
• Please note that for fishing you will require a national rod licence which is available to purchase online or at the post office.
• Three travel cots are available - please request these at the time of booking if required
• Group bookings may need to be checked with the owner first before confirming, please note no Hen or Stag parties
• Strictly no dogs permitted upstairs in the bedrooms or allowed on the furniture in the lounge or dining room. There may be charges to cover the cost of carpets/furniture to be professionally cleaned or sanitised or replacement linen. Outside area, all dogs must be kept on leads.
