• 2 bedrooms - 1 king-size, 1 single (additional folding bed available for the single room on request - linen is not provided for the folding bed)
• Cottage is comfortable for 2 adults due to the sloped ceiling in the single bedroom but does have capacity to sleep 3 and 1 child
• 1 bathroom with shower over bath and WC
• Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, air fryer, washer/dryer
• Electric fire
• Wi-Fi included, due to the rural location the connect ion can be slow. It is suitable for emails and social media, but may not be adequate for streaming. Also the thickness of the 18th century internal walls mean that internet is only available downstairs.
• Partially enclosed garden with outdoor furniture
• Please note that there is no footpath from the cottage nor direct access to the lake
• Off-road parking for 2 cars
• Two shared electric vehicle charging points available for no additional charge

• Can be booked alongside neighbouring cottages

• Please note there is restricted head height in the single bedroom and therefore it may not be suitable for taller guests
