• Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview and DVD player the TV has HDMI ports allowing guests to bring their own connectors to TV streaming services
• The internet signal supports this use but the TV is not WiFi or Bluetooth enabled
• There is a large selection of DVDs available to be used. WiFi
• Fuel and power inc. in rent
• Bed linen and towels inc. in rent
• Cot & High Chair provided
• Off-road parking for two cars one space is in the attached car park but others are in the overflow car park a short walk away
• Garden with patio
• Sorry, no pets and no smoking
• Note: Seasonal on-site club house (Open from 1st March) Table tennis and shop
• A shop is 2.2 miles and a pub is a 15 minute walk
• a seasonal club house which is complimentary
• There is a small swimming pool which is ideally suited for younger guests and is open from 9.00 am to 13.00 and 14.30 to 18.30 from 1st March to 15th November
• There is also a sauna that requires £1 coins and table tennis tables
• The onsite swimming pool and facilities are ran by Neaum Crag Ltd
• Please note that at busy times access to facilities may be restricted and a booking system may operate
